I'm sure It'll happen one day, just not in our lifetime. I mean interracial marriage wasn't internationally legalized until 1967 and you still barley see interracial couples on TV (although I will admit that may be because in the real world interracial couple are still kind of rare just because most people are only attracted to those of the same race). Gay marriage is still only legal in a handful of states, and the society may still have a hard time adjusting to seeing gay couples in the real world. But then again there are more gay people in the world than people attracted to different races.
