The quote comes from "The Corridor Sketch" as part of Doctor Who night in the 90s. Nick Briggs' character, a reporter, asks the Controller of the BBC (played by Nicholas Courtney) how long he thinks Doctor Who will run for. The Controller replies, "I'll give it about twenty six years, one week and six days."
