This is the Doctor's old china plate, Drax. They used to go to Jah Rule together. He was played by Barry Jackson, in his one appearance in "The Armageddon Factor". His Boat Race was knicked from there, while his Billy Goat was Half-inched from a Dolly Mixture of the Ninth Doctor.
He ran into a bit of trouble with PC Plod and got banged up in Boom and Mizzen. But when he finally got out he got he was unfortunately turned to Lemon and Lime by the Shadow. Can you Adam and Eve it?
(I'm so sorry for any cockney rhyming slang here that may have been inspired by Drax.)
